| 摘要 | 本研究根據專家問卷及校長問卷等結果顯示，所有指標皆顯示有重要性，在校長問卷的分析上，每個指標平均均高於平均值，表示在職校長們都認同指標內容及重要性；另外在專家問卷上，專家們都有給予比重分數，專家們均認同指標的重要性，因此建議本研究中之指標能應用於校長培訓課程上。另外，在所有指標中，還是有重要與特別重要的指標區分，所以本研究在根據不同的變因來加以說明。 具體而言，中小學校長專業能力標準共計七大層面，四十七個指標。初任校長的能力指標著重在組織責任導向發展。在職校長的能力指標著重在個人素養導向的提升。在國中與國小校長能力指標發展階段差異指標在於落實學生輔導。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The purpose of the study was to construct the criterion and standard of professional development of principals in junior high school and senior high school. The study employed questionnaire surveys. Data were collected from principals and experts with questionnaire surveys. In short, the study constructed the 7 levels, 47 criteria, including school development, administration and management, curriculum and instruction, and so on.Based on the result, the research tried to make suggestions for curriculum design and training program for principalship. |
