| 摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討地方教育行政人員「督學、科（課）長」專業發展各層面之理想狀況與實際狀況之差異，據以進行地方教育行政人員「督學、科（課）長」專業發展需求評估。研究方法採用文獻分析、焦點團體訪談、問卷調查、深度訪談等方法。問卷調查實施之對象為地方教育行政人員「督學、科（課）長」，共發放問卷計250份，實際回收140份，扣除填答不完整，有效問卷計128份。研究結果發現：一、優先實施「視導技巧與輔導案例」與「危機管理」課程，二、次級實施「公務執行應用」、「領導與管理」與「溝通技巧」課程，三、選修課程：督學偏重於「教育專業」，科課長偏重於「政策規畫」與「領導與管理」課程，「法令實務」課程方面，督學偏向「教育法規」，科課長偏重於「行政程序法」，四、縣市合併之新五都（臺中市、臺南市、高雄市），對於採購與營繕課程需求高於其他縣市等。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The purpose of this study is to assess the needs of professional development for supervisors in local education authorities. Research methods used in the program were document analysis, literature review, focus group and survey. The results of this study can be used further to the design of professional development program for supervisors in local education authorities. |
