Biography
My name is Hsieh-Chih Lai. I am an associate research fellow of Research Center for Educational System and Policy of National Academy for Educational Research. My research expertise mainly includes educational policy and leadership, knowledge management and educational research. The research themes in recent years mainly include: positive leadership, knowledge leadership, professional development, professional learning communities, high-quality schools, and adaptive education. The high-quality journal articles published in recent years mainly include: The construction and its application of teachers' positive leadership inventory in primary and junior high schools: The perspective of learning areas leaders, Relationships between principal knowledge leadership, teacher professional development, and school performance in high-quality senior high schools, The principals' positive leadership inventory and its application in senior and vocational high schools, A study on constructing the teachers' knowledge leadership indicators in elementary schools, and A study on the relationships among learning areas leaders' positive leadership, teachers' teaching reflection and innovative teaching effectiveness in junior high schools.
