| 摘要 | 教育部為關注新住民子女父母原生國語文的學習環境，協助新住民子女運用跨國文化成長背景的優勢，有助於未來在國際競爭中脫穎而出，已規劃於108學年度正式實施的十二年國民基本教育課程綱要中，將新住民語文列為「語文」領域課程之一，本計畫將進行臺灣新住民語文課程教學現場之現況分析，採教學觀察之研究方法，提出相關建議。為達研究目的，本計畫將以新北市北新國小與臺北市忠義國小之新住民語文課程為例，進行現場觀課，紀錄授課教師、學生家長與負責該校新住民課程之行政人員看法，並了解國民小學實施新住民語文課程的教材內容，提供未來各校推動新住民語文課程安排與新課程綱要修訂時的參考。 |
| 摘要(外文) | This project investigates the situations of the languages of new immigrants in Taiwan, and discusses the language education problems in Taiwan. By means of qualitative research method, including literature reviews, teaching observation and in-depth interviews, this project takes into account a range of questions and challenges of teaching and learning the languages of new immigrants in Taiwan, and attempts to point out the possible ways of languages of new immigrants curriculum in the future. |
