| 摘要 | 臺灣推行英語與第二外語教育多年，但至今尚未有一明確的外國語語文教育政策。藉由回顧本國外語教育之發展與分析當前世界各國外語教育的趨勢，輔以焦點團體與深度訪談，歸納分析臺灣現階段外語教育面臨的問題與挑戰，本研究試圖檢討過去以英語為主的外國語文教育政策，重新思考臺灣推動外語教育的核心價值與需求，以及討論英語文教育在全球化脈絡下的新定位。本研究希望從國家發展與國民素養的角度，提出未來外國語語文教育之建議。 |
