| 摘要 | 本研究以我國離島地區（澎湖縣、金門縣、連江縣、臺東縣蘭嶼鄉及綠島鄉、屏東縣琉球鄉）中小學教育階段為研究範圍，並採用文件分析法、訪談法、焦點團體座談及問卷調查為研究方法，據此探討我國離島地區中小學教育階段就學政策實施現況及其教育不利因素，本研究之研究目的如下：1.分析我國離島地區中小學就學政策實施之現況。2.探討我國離島地區中小學就學政策實施之教育不利因素。3.提出我國離島地區中小學就學政策之改進建議。 |
| 摘要(外文) | This research focused on school attendance policy and educational disadvantages of the elementary and secondary education in offshore islands of Taiwan. Qualitative approach was adopted in this study through the application of purposive sampling, semi-structured interviews, focus group, documentary research and questionnaire survey method. The purposes of this study are,1. To analysis the implementation situations of school attendance policy in Taiwanese offshore islands;2. To discuss the educational disadvantages of school attendance policy in Taiwanese offshore islands;3. To provide suggestions for improving educational development in Taiwanese offshore islands. |
