| 摘要 | 十二年國民基本教育配合《中華民國教育報告書：黃金十年百年樹人》之政策規劃，自民國100年1月至103年7月，為啟動準備階段；自103年8月1日起至109年7月，為全面實施階段，而免試入學也將於103學年起配合實施，屆時免試招生將達75%，故目前該方案成為各界關心的焦點，主要集中於學區劃分問題、城鄉差距問題、公私立學費差距問題、招生超額篩選問題、特色招生與免試招生問題等議題，本計畫試圖分析免試入學方案之發展過程，並搜集當前各界的議論，以論述免試入學之內涵及其未來發展趨勢。 |
| 摘要(外文) | According to the announcement of Ministry of Education, the preparation period of the twelve-year basic education is from 2011 to July 2014, and its full implementation period will be from August 1, 2014 to 2020. To cooperate with the implementing time, the students who enter senior schools without taking the entrance exam will reach 75%, so this program becomes the issues people focus on. This paper is an attempt to analyze the development process of this program and public opinions about the issues, and then to discuss its future trends. |
