| 摘要 | 建置後期中等教育階段的適性教育體制將是我國培育未來優質人才的重要環節;本研究將立基於在地情境脈絡,從政策延續的觀點,檢視有關後期中等教育問題是否已經獲得改善?因應策略是否落實?是否有新增欲解決的問題等;並進一步從適性學制定位的「背景」、「輸入」、「過程」及「輸出」之人才培育觀點,進行整合性的探究,以提出建置我國後期中等教育階段適性教育體制的前瞻性建議及相關措施。據此,本計畫之研究目的如下:一、基於適性教育的人才培育理念,探究我國後期中等教育階段的學制定位與法制基礎規劃。二、基於適性教育的人才培育理念,探討我國後期中等教育階段的多元入學方式。三、基於適性教育的人才培育理念,檢視我國後期中等教育階段的輔導及轉銜機制。四、基於適性教育的人才培育理念,進行我國後期中等教育階段的核心課程設計及檢視。五、基於適性教育的人才培育理念,分析我國後期中等教育階段的多元進路。 |
| 摘要(外文) | This study will be based on the context of context, from the point of view of policy continuity, to examine whether the issue of secondary education has been improved? (2) The development of secondary education in the early stage of secondary education will be an important part of the future development of high-quality talent; Should the strategy be implemented? And to further explore the integration of talent cultivation from the perspective of "background", "input", "process" and "output", which are suitable for the development of China's post-secondary education system. According to this, the purpose of this project is as follows: First, based on the idea of human resources cultivation, we will explore the orientation of educational system and the basic plan of legal system in the latter stage of secondary education in China. Second, based on the concept of talent cultivation of adaptive education, to explore the multiple stages of secondary education in the late stage of school enrollment. Third, based on the concept of talent cultivation of adaptive education, examine the stage of secondary education in China's counseling and transfer mechanism. Fourth, based on the concept of human resource development, we should carry out the core curriculum design and inspection in the latter stage of secondary education in China. Fifth, based on the concept of talent cultivation of adaptive education, analysis of China's secondary education in the late multi-channel. |
