| 摘要 | 本研究主要目的在建立一套線上學術性辭典與百科全書類工具書使用者介面之評估架構，做為設計和評估使用者介面的參考。首先收集使用者介面設計準則與使用性評估的相關研究，並歸納彙整出一個評估模型的雛形，經專家諮詢後討論並修正。 本研究最後發展完成一套含有5個構面，共計41個評估項目的模型，可以快速和全面檢視線上辭典與百科全書系統潛在的一些使用性問題。其後並以國家教育研究院的「雙語詞彙、學術名詞暨辭書資訊網」線上系統為對象，用此評估模型對其使用者介面進行使用性評估，並提出一些使用性改進的建議。 最後，本研究建議本評估模型可作為線上學術類工具書使用者介面設計之參考。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The main purpose of this project is to develop a usability evaluation framework, as the guidelines for the design and evaluation of user interface, for online dictionaries and encyclopedia systems. Based on related researches of user interface design and usability evaluation, we first develop a prototype of usability evaluation model. Then a focus group is held to review and modify this prototype. The result was a usability evaluation model, incorporating five perspectives with 41 evaluation items in total. This usability evaluation model was put into practice on the online academic terms website of National Academy for Educational Research, and some suggestions were provided to enhance the usability. It is recommended that this usability evaluation model can be used to evaluate and improve usability of user interface of other similar online dictionaries and encyclopedia system. |
