摘要  本研究旨在建構前期中等教育階段之核心素養具體內涵及各學習領域核心素養指標。在K-12 教育課程規劃下,本研究聚焦於前期中等教育階段(13 至15歲),探究此教育階段應習得的知識、能力、情意及態度,並將國民核心素養的課程目標進行轉化,期透過課程規劃、設計、實施及評鑑加以落實,以提升整體國民核心素養,實現教育永續發展的願景。本研究之具體研究目的有四項:一、探究前期中等教育階段之課程基本理念。二、建構前期中等教育階段之核心素養具體內涵。三、發展前期中等教育階段核心素養課程之設計原則。四、研議前期中等教育階段核心素養課程之實施與學習評量要點。為達成上述研究目的,本研究採用文件分析、焦點團體訪談、德懷術問卷調查及學者專家諮詢等方法進行。依據研究目的作成結論,並建議未來研究應針對核心素養與各學習領域分段能力指標兩者的內涵作深入的分析探究、各學習領域之核心素養內涵亦應進一步作水平統整,以期能建構出完整的學校核心素養課程圖像。
摘要(外文)  The purpose of this study is to construct the specific content of key competences for pre-secondary education and indicators for 8 learning domains. Under K-12 education context, we focus on the knowledge, abilities, affection, and attitudes with which students of this stage should be equipped. We transform the curriculum goals of key competences, looking forward to carrying out them through the practice of curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation. The main purposes of this study are as follows: 1. examine the basic ideals of curriculum of pre-secondary education; 2. construct the specific contents of key competences for pre-secondary education; and 3. develop the principles of curriculum design of key competences for pre-secondary education. 4. deliberate the essential principle of curriculum implementation and learning assessment of key competences for pre-secondary education. To achieve the research purposes mentioned above, we adopt several methods, such as document analysis, focus group interview, Delphi questionnaire, and professional consultation with subject specialists. We make conclusions in accordance with research purposes and suggestions for future study.
