Biography

Dr. Che-Li Lin currently serves as a Researcher at the Curriculum and Instructional Council, National Academy for Educational Research. He is dedicated to research on topics such as the campus practice of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), teacher well-being and psychological capital, as well as student motivation and affect. He is chiefly responsible for the Ministry of Education's Medium- and Long-Term Plan for Social and Emotional Learning, promoting the establishment of the Academy's Social and Emotional Learning Lab, and planning and advancing policies and research related to Social and Emotional Learning. He continuously deepens research development and school promotion efforts, with the mission of creating a warm and resilient learning environment so that teachers enjoy teaching and students enjoy learning.
