Biography

Han-Yu Li is an Associate Research Fellow at the Textbook Research Center of the National Academy for Educational Research, and acquired PhD. in Education in National Taiwan Normal University, majoring in curriculum and instruction. She specializes in textbook studies, curriculum design, and history education.   Han-Yu Li is qualified as an elementary school teacher, and has taught in elementary and social studies in junior high schools. Since joining the National Academy for Educational Research in 2014, she has been involved in the review and research of textbooks in the Mandarin and Social Studies fields. Currently focusing on textbook and teaching material research, she is dedicated to exploring instructional design, international trends and comparisons, historical thinking, and the relationship between textbooks, teaching, and learning, as well as the connection between theory and practice. She aims to continuously deepen the study of textbooks and teaching materials, explore more research possibilities, and enhance the quality of teaching materials and learning.
