
Wang, Hsin-Yun
Biography
Hsin-Yun Wang is an Assistant Research Fellow at the National Academy for Educational Research and an adjunct assistant professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. She holds a master’s degree in TESOL and a Ph.D. in Education, specializing in digital learning, and is a Fulbright Research Award recipient.
Her research focuses on motivation theory, multimodal learning analytics, and learners’ behavioral, cognitive, and emotional engagement in knowledge co-creation. She applies social network analysis, lag sequential analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, and machine learning to examine and predict learning processes and outcomes. Her recent work extends from learner collaboration to co-creation between learners and AI agents. With nearly two decades of high school teaching experience, she integrates the perspectives of both a researcher and an educator.
