摘要  語言是原住民族文化的重要載體,而文化是原住民族群的發展命脈。適逢十二年國民基本教育課程綱要已於108學年度實施,為瞭解其實施成效,有必要透過實證研究進行分析與討論,瞭解原住民學生族語素養上的發展狀況。本研究主要目的在發展臺灣各原住民族之族語素養問卷,依據新課綱原住民族語文中「學習表現」與「學習內容」之指標,逐步發展各階段之族語素養測量工具,作為未來TASA-L長期追蹤調查之測量依據。研究結果將有助於了解現職教師實施族語教學之現況,以及發現適當之族語素養標準化測量工具。
摘要(外文)  Language is the carrier of indigenous culture, which is the lifeblood of indigenous people. In 2019, 12-Year Compulsory Education will be implemented in Taiwan. In order to understand its effectiveness, an empirical research on the new curriculum guidelines is necessary. This study is to explore the impact of the new curriculum guidelines. Firstly, we will interview indigenous language teachers to understand teachers'' perspectives and responsive strategy on the new curriculum. Secondly, the research group will design survey questionnaires of indigenous language literacy for indigenous students, based on the "learning expression" and "learning content" in the curriculum guidelines. The results of this study will be able to systematically understand the teaching of indigenous teachers, and develop proper standardized test of indigenous language literacy.
