Biography

Dr. Kuo Kung-Bin, who received his PhD from the Department of Education, National Chengchi University, is the Administrative Vice President of NAER, having extensive experience in education administration. Since 2004, he was the Part-time Teacher, Taipei County Hai-Shan High School, and served as the School Supervisor, the Department of Education, Taipei City Government. In 2008, he became the Deputy Director and Chief Secretary, the Department of Education, Taoyuan City Government. From 2011, he served as the Chief Secretary of NAER, and was appointed as NAER Administrative Vice President in February 2015.
