摘要(外文) The challenges faced by teachers in teaching transitional justice in Taiwan schools have been raised for several years, and a survey research would be necessary if we intend to seek the ways to support teachers. By conducting questionnaire survey and expert interviews, several questions below would be explored in this research: what viewpoints regarding transitional justice do teachers hold? how do they evaluate the relevant measures the government promoted? what challenges did they face in teaching such issues? how do they look at these challenges and what strategies do they develop to respond to the challenges? what kinds of support from the government do they need? Furthermore, we would also plan to inquire the teachers' opinions about the contents regarding transitional justice issues in history textbooks. We aim at investigating the experiences and perspectives of high school history teachers and the suggestions of relevant experts. The findings of this research would be expected to serve as the referential basis for national curriculum and textbook revisions, teachers' training, educational resource allocation and other governmental initiatives.
