| 摘要 | 順應數位時代的來臨，數位教科書的應用技術、推展與普及已日趨成熟，然而，我國目前致力於發展數位教科書的當下，從編輯、發行、使用、選用等層面所遭遇之法制規範是否完備，將是我國推行數位教科書成敗的關鍵性議題，也是本研究最重要的動機。 本研究之研究目的，有以下三項：1.探討國外發展數位教科書所面對之相關法制議題及處理模式。2.分析我國發展數位教科書在編輯、審查、發行、學校、選用等面向之法制規範。3.歸納研究結果，提出發展數位教科書相應之法制規範與建議。 |
| 摘要(外文) | Adapt the digital ages coming. The digital textbooks in application technology and development and popularize has more and more mature. However, In the moment of developing digital textbooks of Taiwan. The legal dimensions of the editing, publishing, using and selecting has been completed or not. Will be the key issues of success or failure in the implementation of digital textbooks. That is the most important motivation of study. There are three purpose of this study as follow:1.Explore the foreign legal issues and models related to the development and treatment in facing digital textbooks.2.Analysis of the legal dimensions for developing digital textbooks in the editing, reviewing, publishing, schools, using and selecting etc.3.Inductive research results, offering the related to legal norms and recommendations for developing digital textbooks. |
