| 摘要 | 本研究旨在探討原住民族高等教育就學政策的架構與內涵，分析我國原住民族高等教育就學政策實施的現況與問題，以評估原住民族高等教育就學政策之實施成效。本研究依據本院於2016年建構的原住民族教育政策成效追蹤指標，針對高等教育就學政策成效進行評估，以文件分析法、問卷調查、專家焦點座談法為主要研究方法。最後根據研究結論，提出相關具體建議以供參考。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The study discusses the structure and content of Taiwanese indigenous higher educational policy. It will assess the implementation of indigenous school attendance policy in higher education by the analysis on the current situation and problems of higher education. On the basis of the tracking indicators of indigenous educational policy performance from "The Preliminary Study on Assessment of Indigenous Educational Policy" in 2016, we will use document analysis, questionnaire survey and focused group interview to evaluate the policy effectiveness of indigenous school attendance policy in higher education. Finally, this study offers some suggestions based on the conclusions for indigenous higher education policy. |
