| 摘要 | 本研究在於檢視過去相關教育改革的達成及未達成原因，並持續探討教育改革之發展、效益、爭議及解決策略，進而提供教育改革之相關建議。由於教育改革牽涉面向過廣，本計畫將針對重要教育議題進行探究及評估；在第一階段（104 年1 月至104 年12 月），本計畫將聚焦於教育體制、國民基本教育（K-12）、高等教育及技職教育四個向度，運用文獻探討、文件分析及訪談法，擇取十項重要議題進行效能性及回應性之評估。據此，本計畫之研究目的如下：一、探討我國教育體制的改革效益、爭議及因應策略。二、探討我國國民基本教育階段的改革效益、爭議及因應策略。三、探討我國高等教育階段的改革效益、爭議及因應策略。四、探討我國技職教育階段的改革效益、爭議及因應策略。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The purpose of this study was to explore and examine the effectiveness of educational reform and educational policy in the past years in Taiwan. The study employed literature review, document review,and interviews. According to the results of educational policy evaluation, the researchers tried to make some suggestions for educational authorities and educational policy-makers to improve educational policy. |
