Biography

Ming-Feng Liu holds a Ph.D. in Education from National Taiwan Normal University and is currently an Assistant Research Fellow at the Research Center for Educational System and Policy, National Academy for Educational Research. He has taught at Fu Jen Catholic University and National Taipei University of Education, where his teaching has primarily focused on educational administration and educational policy.

His research interests include higher education, educational policy, and educational administration. In recent years, his research has focused on the internal governance and operational mechanisms of higher education institutions, changes and emerging trends in higher education governance structures, and the implementation and practice of competitive funding initiatives in higher education. His work also examines the development and evolution of higher education governance and institutional governance across different national contexts.
