| 摘要 | 核心素養(key competencies)是指處理與應對生活與學習事務所需的基本能力。這種能力係貫穿於個體在面對各種生活情境;或在各級教育階段乃至成人學習之中。界定我國國民核心素養,將有助於引領學校課程的發展;核心素養也必須經由各教育階段之持續銜接以養成之。本子計畫三之研究目的係針對初等教育階段的核心素養進行規劃與發展。研究期程自99 年7 月至100 年6 月止。經由文獻分析、焦點團體、德懷術與專家審查等資料蒐集方法與分析所得,本計畫對初等教育階段之課程基本理念及核心素養特色、核心素養主要架構及6-12 歲初等教育階段之核心素養與九年一貫課程指標對應情形、課程發展原則及課程實施與學習評量要點等部分,分別提出結論與建議。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The key competencies comprise both essential learning tools and the major learning content required by human beings to be able to adapt, to develop their full capacities, to live and work in smooth , to participate fully in development, to improve the quality of their lives, to make appropriate decisions, and to continue learning. Define the common key competencies will help lead the development of school curriculum; and also must be approved by each stage of education to develop the continuing convergence of. The study aim to explore the content of key competencies and how are they developed in primary curriculum of compulsory schooling. Through literature review, focus groups, expert review of Delphi and other data collection methods and analysis from the project on the basic characteristics; the main structure of the key competencies at primary education stage 6-12 years. Core content of key competencies and the corresponding grade 1-9 curriculum the case, the principles of curriculum development and curriculum implementation and learning assessment and some other points, respectively, conclusions and recommendations. |
