| 摘要 | 我國《離島建設條例》自民國89年公佈實施之後，至91年頒佈《離島地區學生保送高級中等以上學校辦法》以來，保送制度提供離島學生更多機會至臺灣本島的優良大學就學，以培育離島在地人才，並進一步促進離島建設與產業發展。本研究將蒐集離島地區保送大學制度相關文件、進行網路問卷、個別專家諮詢與焦點團體座談，以達本研究之研究目的：1.瞭解離島地區學生保送大學制度的實施現況。2.探究離島地區保送大學制度對於政策標的學生的學校教育經驗之影響。3.分析離島地區保送大學制度與地區發展人才需求的關聯。4.根據研究發現，針對我國離島保送大學制度提出具體政策建議。 |
| 摘要(外文) | After "the Regulations on Construction of Outlying Islands" was issued in 2000 and "Outlying Islands Students to Send Senior Senior High School or Above Approach" was issued in 2002, the college entrance recommendation system offers more outlying islands students more of better opportunities to study at reputative higher education institutions for cultivating talented local manpower. The research will collect documents regarding the college entrance recommendation system, and will conduct online survey, individual interviews, and focus group interviews for achieving the research purposes, including: 1. To understand the current practice of outlying islands college entrance recommendation system; 2. To inquire the impact that outlying islands college entrance recommendation system has on target students' schooling education experiences; 3. To analyze the relationship between outlying islands college entrance recommendation system and manpower development; 4. To provide policy recommendation according to research findings. |
