摘要學校組織效能則是透過組織運作,將教育目標與教育功能極大化。2001年教育改革檢討與改進會議中,已呈現國中小學行政工作繁雜,編制不足,新增業務繁多等問題;近年來,社會對於教師在教學工作上的要求日益嚴格,致使教師兼任行政職意願偏低,教學效能低落。有鑑於此,國家教育研究院與新北市政府教育局共同進行「新北教育城教育革新計畫」,目的在於提升學校行政效能、建構教師專業發展、測量學生學習品質、共享社區資源,以及建立親子共學模式等。
摘要(外文)This project sub-topic one: "to enhance the effectiveness of school administration," that is, in establishing the field of education-related administrative Standard Operation Procedure. The purpose of the second sub-topics to understand the status of the professional development of new teachers in the North Education City schools and the development of regional teacher professional development model viable. The purpose of the sub-project three basic disciplines in the ability to monitor and junior forward mechanism to establish the National Institute of Education in 2009, expect the new Northern League college education in the city, as experimental subjects, in order to gradually implement self-monitoring school performance, individual student academic performance upgrade.  Four sub-project through service learning courses Taipei University of Teacher Education Center opened to teach him, from college students to participate in community two countries as well as three elementary schools in the academic counseling. Finally, the National Institute of Education in the new North Education City plan to be with the Three Gorges area schools have tighter integration, co-organized together with the school and several sub-plan five: "Paternity total school program." In the garden, Citrus Park, Long Po and other three elementary schools, held five echelon, every echelon six weeks, a total of two hundred people in the school mathematics curriculum co-parenting. In the end, this study aims to construct the advanced educational development system in New Taipei City.
