摘要大專校院畢業生之學用落差議題廣被國內社會討論,但卻少以全國性量化實證為基礎之研究報告。為深入探討國內高等教育體系之學科領域落差(Field-of-Study Mismatch)情形、了解影響大專校院畢業生學用合一之關鍵因素及其與畢業薪資之關聯,本研究應用教育部大專校院畢業生追蹤流向調查,以自我測量(worker self-assessment method)方式由填答者自我評估學用相符程度,由個體層次變項整合學校層次之特徵與資源,依據變項特性建置一般線性模型、多層次邏輯斯迴歸模型、分位數迴歸模型等工具,分別以學用合一程度、第一份工作待業期間、畢業後薪資等作為依變項,探究相關因素並進行比較分析,此研究將為促進學用合一之高等教育政策提供量化實證基礎,提出研擬相關政策之建議。
摘要(外文)There are growing appeals for the field-of-study mismatch issue of college graduates, but few studies are based on nationwide scientific evidence in Taiwan. In order to further understand the key factors that affect the mismatch and their relationship with wages in the labor market, this study applies data from the national follow-up survey of graduates from higher education in 2014-2016, conducting by Ministry of Education, which measured mismatch by the worker self-assessment method. Through combining individual- with group-level data, multilevel linear regression, logistic regression, and quantile regression will be applied to examine factors and effects of field-of-study mismatch on salaries, and the waiting duration for individual's first job. This study will provide an empirical basis and make recommendations for improving higher education policies.
