摘要  本研究調查108課綱學校本位課程發展及其關鍵要素,主要針對普通型高級中等學校(以下簡稱普高)的課程實施現況。本研究採用混合研究法,主要使用三階段的研究設計,亦即第一階段為訪談普高的教師、主任、校長以發展問卷。第二階段為兩個時間點針對不同的抽樣學校的問卷施測,並佐以具代表性個案的訪談。第三階段為針對兩次問卷施測的普高教師、主任、校長,找出據代表性個案學校,進行共備會議(含教師專業社群、學校課程發展委員會)後的回溯焦點團體座談,以深入了解108課綱各校的學校本位課程發展的落實、及課程發展與關鍵要素之間的互動關聯性。研究發現可提供教育政策回應,以提供實徵證據顯示108課綱如何在普高藉由學校本位課程發展,逐步落實課綱。
摘要(外文)  The study investigates the implementation and critical factors of the 2019 curriculum guidelines in the senior high schools in Taiwan. The study adopts the mixed-methods research design by three major phases, including Phase 1 using the qualitative interviews to develop the item measures in the survey; Phase 2 administering the survey to two samples (i.e. calibration sample and validation sample); Phase 3 identifying two representative schools from the survey results, and conducting the qualitative focus-group interviews to reveal the interrelations between the curriculum implementation and evaluation and, curriculum leadership, teachers' professional development, resources and support, and additional critical factors. The findings will provide suggestions for the educational policies on the development and implementation of national curriculum guidelines at the senior high school level.
