| 摘要 | 本研究就國語語文教育政策應關注面向與有關議題，運用質性與量化研究法，探討國語語文教育的基礎理念、現況並提供政策建議。期透過文獻回顧國際語文教育政策制訂時所考量的因素，歸納並整理臺灣國語語文教育政策的脈絡及現況。整合官方政策、文獻資料及教育現況並分析教育政策之規劃與政策落實的落差與原因，由理論、現況與教與學的需求角度，提供國家層級的國語語文教育政策之建議。 |
| 摘要(外文) | The study aim to investigate the language education policy of Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan via literal review and current policy analysis. First, we will investigate the factors that influence language policy development. Second, we will analyse the difficulties and restriction in policy practice. Third, we will give policy suggestions based on the research findings. The research employs mixed methods approach, including document analysis, focus group interviews, in-depth interviews, and quantity approach. |
