摘要課程綱要在學校教育中扮演領航的角色,亦影響國家未來教育政策走向,其重要性不可言喻。課程政策的決策歷程中牽涉到各種正反面意見的折衝與妥協,也常受到外在壓力團體和利益團體影響,因此是一種複雜的政治過程,是透過不同的意識形態和社會利益相互角力後而產生。十二年國教藝術領綱於103年開始進行研修,預計於課審大會通過後即將於108年逐年級實施,本研究透過論述分析、訪談法及參與觀察法,以達成以下的研究目的:(一)探討十二年國教藝術領綱決策過程中受到關注的課題。(二)探討十二年國教藝術領綱決策過程中關注課題的處理方式與結果。(三)探討形塑十二年國教藝術領綱關注課題的社會脈絡。(四)提出未來藝術領綱決策的建議。
摘要(外文)Curriculum guideline plays a leading role in school education and also affects the policy orientation of national education. The policy-making involves argument and compromise of different opinions of participants, which is a complicated political process. The Guideline for the 12-Year Basic Education Curriculum had developed by National Academy for Educational Research since 2014 and will be implemented since 2019. The study will adopt critical discourse analysis, interviews and participant observation as research methods to explore the issues which are highly concerned in the development of Arts curriculum guideline for 12-Year Basic Education, to discuss the policy-making approaches and results of highly-concerned issues, to explore the social context which is related to the highly-concerned issues, and to make suggestions for the research of next curriculum guideline.
