In view of the fact that the campus crisis has spread frequently and that the principal has dealt with the crisis and has suffered from it, he has finally transferred, retired or turned negative, which is detrimental to the development of the education scene. Therefore, how to manage school crisis management should be an important issue for the development of principals' careers. The main purpose of this research is to develop the crisis management practice curriculum for the primary and secondary school principals in our school. However, crisis management is divided into three major areas of discussion in practice: pre-crisis detection and prevention, crisis response and decision-making and crisis. After the recovery study, this study will use these three major axes as the framework for curriculum design. At the same time, the implementation methods of the college's long-term storage training courses are: teaching, case studies, and basket exercises. According to the three different teaching modes, the appropriate practical curriculum for crisis management in schools is designed. Improve the quality of training courses.
