This research project is trying to explore the senior secondary school teachers in the fifth stage of study in the "Directions Governing for the 12-Year Basic Education Curricula" published by the Ministry of Education in 2014 under the legal norms of the 12-Year Basic Education Curricula have any problem occurred when he/she trying use their privilege of curriculum to make their own student better. So the project will trying make more clear about what is going on in the school by regarding (1) what is the integration of the norms related to the senior secondary education in the formation of the 12-Year Basic Education Curricula? (2) What is the attitude and position of the Senior Secondary School Curriculum Development Committee on the exercise of the curriculum authority that high school teachers should enjoy under the norms of the 12-Year Basic Education Curricula? What are the specific measures? (3) What are the perceptions of high school teachers about the exercise of their own curriculum rights and the autonomy of their teaching profession before and after the implementation of the 12-Year Basic Education Curricula? Is there any improvement or breakthrough in the predicament of "examination leadership teaching"? At the same time, based on the implementation of the national education system and policies should guarantee the constitutional requirements of students' right to learn and the right to education, this project also aim to explore the question of how to re-adjust the integration of the curriculum legal system and syllabus, and how to further strengthen the professionalism of senior secondary school teachers under the current system.
