This study is two-year research project which aims to design the assessment framework of junior high school aesthetic literacy and to devise questionnaire and items. Then survey of aesthetic literacy for the students in grades 8. That is to say, this study is intended to focus on the eighth grades taught by 108 Curriculum, to explore the art field curriculum guideline with literacy as the core how to convert into an assessment framework to examine students' aesthetic literacy? How should the questionnaire and items of aesthetic literacy-oriented surveys be designed to effectively understand students' aesthetic literacy?
