  十二年國教課綱已於108學年起正式實施,而核心素養與議題融入為其重要特色,本研究之目的便在透過適切指標的制定,協助國中教師實施性別平等、人權與環境教育議題的教學轉化,並落實十二年國教核心素養的精神於課室教學中。本研究透過文件分析、專家諮詢、教室觀察、教師訪談等方式建構前述三項議題教學的適切指標,並輔以問卷調查,了解全國國中教師對素養導向議題教學的關注程度與落實情形,以提出政策建議與因應策略,以作為未來課綱研究或下一波課綱發展之參考。



  The Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education has been implemented since 2019 academic year. Competency-driven instruction and issue-based education are the key points of the guidelines. This study focuses on the implementation of competency-based instruction in integration of gender equity, human rights, and environmental education issues in junior high school. Therefore, this study aims to construct appropriate indicators for competency-based instruction of issue-based education and propose strategies for improvement. This study collects data methods through document analysis, interviews, focus discussions, classroom observations, and questionnaires. Finally, the findings and suggestions will be provided for the curriculum guidelines research and further curriculum reforms.
